Kindrix works best with senior leaders — managing directors, chief executives, and senior partners — who are facing a substantive question and would value an unhurried, confidential space to examine it. The work is not suited to those looking for fast answers or prescriptive advice.

Before the session, you will receive a brief preparation note. The ninety-minute conversation is held at a quiet location in Singapore. Within seven days, a written reflection is sent to you capturing the session's themes and offering two or three considerations for continued thinking. The document remains yours.

It is a four-week engagement in which a specific document — a strategy paper, board memorandum, or significant proposal — is read carefully and returned with marginal annotations. Two conversations with the authors are included. Kindrix does not rewrite the document; the annotation offers a thinking partner's response, leaving the revision entirely with you.

It is a nine-month arrangement for chief executives who want a steady, reflective counterpart through a significant period — a strategic review, capital event, or leadership transition. There are monthly working sessions, a written record maintained across the engagement, and availability between sessions for matters that would benefit from a thinking partner.
